- Invoices are sent on the 1st of each calendar month for active services.
- If you prefer, we can invoice quarterly upfront.
- If your Retainer starts mid-month, the first invoice will include a prorated amount, billed on the 1st of the following month.

Landing Page Redesign (Fixed-Scope Project)
- The full project cost can be split into phased payments as a courtesy.
- Each phase invoice is issued 30 days after the previous one, with Net 30 payment terms.

Overdue Payments
‍If an invoice remains unpaid for 15 days past the due date, all services will be paused until payment is received.
